sql Couchbase create Primary Index on single Node

CREATE PRIMARY INDEX `#primary`
ON `Bucket`.`scope`.`collection`
USING GSI
WITH {
    "nodes": ["10.7.7.210:8091"],
    "num_replica": 0
};
Use the above to create a new PRIMARY INDEX on a specific Bucket/Scope/Collection. This includes the WITH parameters "nodes" and "numb_replica" to target a single node, within a Couchbase Community Edition Cluster.
